Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls of ALL ages, well it is now ONE week until we celebrate the Miracle of Immanuel – GOD WITH US! Yes, Jesus is the Reason for the Season as we mark this moment in time each year, we remember Christmases Past & ENJOY Christmas Present & Believe for Christmas in our Future! I have incredible memories of Candlelight Services on Christmas Eve because, when we got home we got to OPEN one present from under our decorated tree!
As a Born-Again Believer, I know without any doubt that JESUS Christ LIVES within me by Holy Spirit ability to open the eyes of my heart to His Great Redeeming LOVE – His Grace – His Tender Mercies that are new every morning & the absolute TRUTH of His Word in my Life!
I have been thinking lately about how many people in this world DO NOT celebrate the Birth of Jesus! – The devote Muslims do NOT – The Chinese People do NOT – The Russian People do NOT and many of the tribes in Africa do NOT even know about JESUS! What a privilege we have to FREELY Worship the LORD of ALL Creation!
A tradition might be to read the entire chapter TWO of the Gospel according to the Apostle LUKE in the Bible - Luke 2:1-52 Amplified Version
Matthew wrote a similar account in the Bible -Matthew 1:18 – Matthew 2:15
Key Points – Prophecy Fulfilled & Angelic Visitations & Provisions made & People Worship the Child born in Bethlehem & Plots to kill JESUS were crushed & Simeon got to witness with his own eyes The Salvation from Almighty God-Jehovah – Promises made & Promises KEPT!
AS IT IS WRITTEN IN Matthew 1:20-25
An Angel of the Lord appeared to him (Joseph) in a dream, saying,
Joseph, descendant of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife, for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. She will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus (The LORD is salvation), for He will SAVE His People from their sins.
All this happened in order to fulfill what the Lord had spoken through the [fn]prophet [Isaiah]:
BEHOLD, the Virgin shall be with Child and give birth to a Son, and they shall call His Name IMMANUEL, which, when translated, means, God with US!
Then Joseph awoke from his sleep and did as the Angel of the Lord had commanded him, and he took Mary [to his home] as his wife, but he kept her a Virgin until she had given Birth to a Son [her firstborn child]; and he Named Him Jesus (The LORD is our Salvation).
We know that Mary wrapped the very first Christmas Present!
Although this is not an old Hymn, these words reflect the very Presence of God in the flesh.
When we realize that Almighty God became “one of us” and showed us that He is The Way – The Truth – The Life and miracle of miracles, we can be just exactly like Him!

Did you know that your baby Boy has come to make you new?
This Child that you've delivered, will soon deliver you.

Did you know that your baby Boy has walked where Angels trod?
And when you kiss your little Baby, you have kissed the Face of God.
The blind will see, the deaf will hear and the dead will live again.
The lame will leap, the dumb will speak, the Praises of the Lamb.
Mary did you know that your baby Boy is Lord of ALL Creation?
Mary did you know that your baby Boy will one day rule the nations?
Did you know that your baby Boy is Heaven's perfect Lamb?
