Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls of ALL ages, it seems lately that God’s Word has come ALIVE like never before! We must put God’s Word in our mouths and SHOUT unto the LORD with the VOICE of His Triumph!
AS IT IS WRITTEN IN Isaiah 55:1-12
Everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and you who have no money come, buy grain and eat. Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost [simply accept it as a Gift from God].
Why do you spend money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight in [abundance.
Seek the LORD while He may be found; Call on Him [for Salvation] while He is near. Let the wicked leave (behind) his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts;
And let him return to the LORD, and He will have compassion (Mercy) on him,
And to our God, for He WILL abundantly PARDON!
For My Thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My Ways, DECLARES the LORD. For as the Heavens are higher than the earth, so are My Ways higher than your ways and My Thoughts higher than your thoughts.
So will My Word be which goes out of My Mouth; IT will not return to Me void (useless, without result), without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.
For you will go out [from exile] with JOY
And be led forth [by the LORD Himself] with PEACE;
The mountains and the hills will break forth into shouts of joy before you,
And all the trees of the field will clap their hands . . .
Dear ones, the Decrees that we make with our mouth are based on the Faith that is in our hearts. A published writer named Andrew Whalen wrote this:
Decrees are authoritative proclamations made by Kings. In Christ we have become Royalty. Kingly Blood flows through our 'veins' and His Righteous Authority has been given to us in His Name. To make decrees is not something reserved for the 'super-spiritual', nor is it a spiritual activity of prideful presumption. It is the Right and Responsibility of the 'Kingdom of priests'.
Decrees are for the Redeemed. Now let the Redeemed say SO! {Psalm 107:2]
Angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those inheriting Salvation. Some translations call Angels 'masters in power’. They minister power for us according to the commands contained in the sound of the Lord's Voice! One thing we need to understand is that the Lord's Word in our mouth carries the same Sound and Authority when His Word is in His mouth!
I grew up in a Christian home and saw the power of a praying family. I have also seen the intense spiritual warfare engaged against the family unit. Let me shoot straight. We have been loosing the war. Too many generations have been lost because parents 'outsourced' the Spiritual responsibility for the home and family to 'trained professionals'.
The family was created as a sacred order to display GOD'S IMAGE, His communal love, and to advance His Glorious likeness through the Earth for generations. The devil has always hated the family for what and who it represents. He has always intended to fight the family, but in this present time, the war is the fiercest and most sophisticated it has ever been. We can no longer afford to sit on the sidelines of ignorant passivity.
Satan and His kingdom of darkness know the best way to breach the heart of a society is through the family. If the enemy can corrupt a marriage, he has easy access to the children. If he can capture the children, he will disciple them. Once the children are discipled, he steals their gifts in order to infiltrate the culture with His darkness. When he corrupts a culture through defilement, he pollutes the soul of a nation, ultimately breaching their spiritual protection in order to enslave them.
The first scripture is Job 22:28: You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.
The second Scripture is Psalm 103:20: "Bless the LORD, Oh you His Angels, you mighty ones who do His Word, obeying the voice of His Word!"

May the Angels heed to the Voice of God's Word as you decree, and I pray that you will see the tangible result of an Angelic garrison around your home and family!
I decree that legions of Angels on standby are now being commissioned to you and your family!
I decree this booklet of decrees will secure your life, home, and family with glorious light, freedom, and breakthrough in Jesus mighty Name!
