Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls of ALL ages! How do WE guard our collective hearts? It ALL begins with me, my attitude, my convictions, my understanding of WHO I Belong with as my most trusted friend.
AS IT IS WRITTEN IN Proverbs 4:23
Above ALL else – Guard your heart, for everything you DO flows from IT. [Proverbs 4:23 NIV]
Guard you heart above ALL else, for it determines the course of your Life! [Proverbs 4:23 NLT]
My son, give attention to My Words; Incline your ear to My Sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart;
For they are LIFE to those who find them, and Health to all their flesh.
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it springs the issues of LIFE. [Proverbs 4:23 NKJV]
Dear ones, your HEART is the headquarters of Heaven inside your LIFE! Proverbs 4:23 is not a polite suggestion. It IS a Kingdom mandate! Everything God-Jehovah wants to release through you flows from the condition of your HEART! IF the wellspring is clean, the flow is powerful. IF the wellspring is contaminated, everything downstream gets affected.
When the Bible calls your HEART a wellspring, this means a continual God-designed source. A wellspring gushes and it overflows! A wellspring releases LIFE wherever it goes! Heaven has placed a Supernatural Supply INSIDE of you that is not supposed to run dry when times get tough!
However, like any water source, its purity determines its POWER! What you allow into the deep places of your HEART, including your thoughts, your agreements, and your identity will either keep that flow clean and energizing or it will stagnant and clogged up.
Guarding your HEART is about protecting the place where God’s Life, His Purpose and His Presence are actively flowing within you and through you! Holy Spirit is radiating as a guiding source of His Strength and His Wisdom for the battles of this day!
Guard [with greatest care] and keep unchanged, the treasure [that precious Truth] which has been entrusted to you [that is, the Good News about Salvation through personal Faith in Christ Jesus], through [the help of] the Holy Spirit who dwells in us!
The enemy knows that IF he can wound your HEART, he can mess with your decisions! Whenever trauma, disappointment, disillusionment, discouragement and sudden dread show up without warning is when you are vulnerable to making choices you would not normally make. We ALL make bad choices and wrong decisions from time to time. BUT GOD is Rich in Mercy, because of His Great Love for us [Ephesians 2:4], He IS slow to anger and our very Present HELP in times of need!
This is one of the reasons why we need a tribe, a Supernatural Family of Believers full of Faith and endowed by our Creator with certain Rights & Responsibilities! These People we can TRUST to tell us the TRUTH we need to hear and act upon.
The Kingdom of God-Yahweh is within you, Jesus tells us in Luke 17:21
Kingdom Community is a form of HEART Protection! When we surround ourselves with fellow Believers who guard their own hearts in a proper manner, they help reinforce our hearts.
The JESUS in me LOVES the JESUS that’s IN YOU!
Stewardship of my HEART begins with recognizing that who we walk with influences what kind of Living Waters that will FLOW out from us!

Holy Spirit, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word in Psalm 51:10 & Psalm 19:14
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your Presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the JOY of Your Salvation and uphold me by Your Generous Spirit. Then I will teach transgressors Your Ways, and sinners shall be converted to You.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my HEART BE acceptable in Your Sight, Oh LORD, my strength and my Redeemer!
Make this SO Dear LORD, make THIS SO!
