Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages, when was the last time that you cried out to The LORD? Have you knelt beside your bed and said out loud:
Oh LORD my GOD! Help me Dear JESUS to SEE what YOU SEE in these circumstances!
LORD, my enemies are doing me harm and my thoughts are mixed with my emotions. Yet I KNOW that You ARE the ANCHOR of my soul. My TRUST is in my relationship with YOU-JESUS!
These things I [vividly] remember as I pour out my soul;
How I used to go along before the great crowd of people and lead them in procession to the House of God [like a choirmaster before his singers, timing the steps to the music and the chant of the song],
With the voice of JOY and THANKSGIVING, a great crowd keeping a festival.
Why are you in despair, Oh my soul?
And why have you become restless and disturbed within me?
Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall again Praise Him
For the HELP of His Presence.
Oh my God, my soul is in despair within me [the burden more than I can bear];
Therefore, I will [fervently] remember You from past Victories and Your Deliverance of me from ALL my fears, trials, confusion, doubts and many mistakes.
Deep calls to deep at the [thundering] sound of Your waterfalls;
ALL Your breakers and ALL Your waves have rolled over me.
Yet the LORD will command His Lovingkindness in the daytime,
And in the night His SONG will be with me,
A Prayer to the God of my life.
I will say to God my ROCK, Why have You forgotten me?
Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?
As a crushing of my bones [with a sword], my adversaries taunt me,
While they say continually to me, Where is your God?
Why are you in despair, Oh my soul?
Why have you become restless and disquieted within me?
Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet Praise Him,
The HELP of my countenance and my God.
Dear ones, whether we are on the mountain top with JOY unspeakable OR in this valley of despair groping for answers – The LORD our GOD-Jehovah is exactly the SAME!
Hebrews 6:13-20 Amplified
For when God made the Promise to Abraham, He swore [an oath] by Himself, since He had no one greater by whom to swear, saying,
I WILL SURELY BLESS YOU AND I WILL SURELY MULTIPLY YOU.
And so, having patiently waited, he realized the promise [in the miraculous birth of Isaac, as a pledge of what was to come from God]. Indeed men swear [an oath] by one greater than themselves, and with them [in all disputes] the oath serves as confirmation [of what has been said] and is an end of the dispute.
In the same way God, in His desire to show to the heirs of the Promise the unchangeable nature of His Purpose, intervened and guaranteed it with an oath, so that by two unchangeable things [His Promise and His Oath] in which It Is Impossible For God To Lie, we who have fled [to Him] for refuge would have strong encouragement and indwelling strength to hold tightly to the HOPE set before us.
This HOPE [this confident assurance] we have as an ANCHOR of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast HOPE that enters within the veil of the Heavenly Temple, that most Holy Place in which the very Presence of God dwells], where Jesus has entered [in advance] as a forerunner for us, having become a High Priest FOREVER according to the order of Melchizedek.
Jesus The Christ is the SAME yesterday, today and FOREVER!
HALLELUJAH!!!
