Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, there was an old, I mean really old commercial that had a tag line = Reach out and touch someone!

AS IT IS WRITTEN IN Luke 8:40-48
So it was, when Jesus returned, that the multitude welcomed Him, for they were all waiting for Him. And behold, there came a man named Jairus, and he was a ruler of the synagogue. And he fell down at Jesus’ feet and begged Him to come to his house, for he had an only daughter about twelve years of age, and she was dying. But as He went, the multitudes thronged surrounded and pressed in on Him.
Now a woman, having a flow of blood for twelve years, who had spent all her livelihood on physicians and could not be healed by any, came from behind Jesus in the crowd and touched the border of His garment. And IMMEDIATELY her flow of blood stopped Jesus said,
Who touched Me?
When all denied it, Peter and those with him said, Master, the multitudes throng and press You, and You say, ‘Who touched Me?’ But Jesus said,
Somebody touched Me, for I perceived Power going out from Me.
Now when the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling; and falling down before Him, she declared to Him in the presence of ALL the people the reason she had touched Him and how she was HEALED immediately. And He said to her,
Daughter, Be of Good Cheer; your Faith has made you well. Go In Peace.
Dear ones, these Biblical accounts are written for our benefit. No matter how desperate people may seem, we know that JESUS CAN and He WILL make the Supernatural difference in our lives. Jarius loves his daughter and even though she was non-responsive, Jarius believed that JESUS could HELP her.
The woman with the ‘issue of blood’ is a condition with no known cure. However, witnessing the lame to walk and the blind to see, she believed that she only had to touch the hem, the tassels on His Prayer shawl and she would BE HEALED!
SO the question is, which believer are you most nearly like? Jaris who humbles himself and PRAYS for his only daughter to receive His Healing Grace OR the woman with a spirit of infirmity for the past 12 years that takes action just to reach out and TOUCH Him?

Remember what JESUS says in John 14:11-14
Believe Me that I AM in the Father and the Father is in Me; otherwise believe [Me] because of the [very] works themselves [which you have witnessed].
I assure you and most solemnly say to you, anyone who believes in Me [as Savior] will also do the things that I do; and he will do even greater things than these [in extent and outreach], because I AM going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My Name [as My Representative], this I will do, so that the Father may be Glorified and Celebrated in the Son.
If you ask Me anything in My Name [as My Representative], I WILL DO IT!
BE LIKE JESUS – SAY what HE SAYS and DO what HE DOES!
He TOUCHED me and Oh the JOY floods my soul
Something happened and now I know –
He Touched me and made me whole!
