Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, have you heard the phrases like: Take a breath! Step back and just breathe! Don’t hold your breath!  Here is what scriptures’ record about our breath:

And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the Breath of Life; and man became a living being!

In another place:

And He said to me,

Son of man, can these bones live?

So I answered, Oh Lord GOD, You know.

Again He said to me,

Prophesy to these bones, and say to them, Oh dry bones, hear the Word of the LORD!

Thus says the Lord GOD to these bones:

Surely I will cause BREATH to enter into you, and YOU SHALL LIVE.

I will put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, cover you with skin and PUT BREATH IN YOU; AND YOU SHALL LIVE. Then you shall know that I AM the LORD-GOD-JEHOVAH!

Dear ones, can you imagine being so close to JESUS that you can feel His Breath upon you? Years ago, there was a song lyric that describe His Presence like a fragrance after the rain!

Most of us have experienced those wind filled moments before a summer’s rain (unless you happen to live in Texas this year) that the atmosphere is CHARGED and the hairs on your arms and the back of your neck seem to stand up as ozone’s fill the air. A child once responded – It smells like JESUS!

Just so you know this statement is scriptural as it is written in  John 20:19-23

Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them,

Peace BE with you.

When He had said this, He showed them His Hands and His Side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord. So Jesus said to them again,

Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.

And when He had said this, He BREATHED on them, and said to them,

Receive the Holy Spirit!

If you forgive the sins of any, they are FORGIVEN them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.

Holy Spirit of TRUTH, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word in Acts 2:1-4

When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly a sound came from Heaven like the rush of a mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them tongues as of fire, distributed and resting on each one of them.

They were ALL filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

LORD JESUS, we are gathered together very much aware of the approaching Spiritual Storm. Your very Presence is made manifest by the winds of change that our Spirits sense are happening NOW!  It smells like JESUS!

We know beyond any doubt that our National Sins are FORGIVEN, just as our personal sins – past – present & future are removed from us as far as the East is from the West!

You remember my sins NO MORE!

So we respond with Your Word again as it is written in Psalm 150:6

Let everything that has breath praise the LORD!
