Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, there are THINGS in our lives that HELP us and THINGS that HURT us and a whole host of THINGS that are in the middle ground like not very helpful and really not that bad. The THINGS that confront us must be dealt with and hopefully we apply GOD-like reasoning along with a Biblical Worldview.
AS IT IS WRITTEN IN Romans 8:28-31 God’s Everlasting Love!
Likewise, the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should PRAY for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the Mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
And we know that ALL THINGS work together for GOOD to those who Love God, to those who are called according to His Purpose.
For whom He foreknew, He also Predestined to be conformed to the Image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover, whom He Predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also Justified; and whom He Justified, these He also Glorified.
What then shall we say to these THINGS? If God is for us, who can be against us?
He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also FREELY GIVE US ALL THINGS?
WHAT IS YOUR THING right now? Grief? Death of a spouse? Health issue? Financial Crisis?
How can there be any GOOD in Fear?
How do we find GOOD in situations that we can NOT control?
I DO LOVE GOD, so how can I find GOOD in my THING?
Paul tells us – that ALL THINGS work together for GOOD to those who are called according to His Purpose. For whom He Foreknew (in my mother’s womb), He also Predestined to be conformed to the Image of His Son-Jesus!
GOD’s definition of GOOD is to be conformed to the IMAGE of His Son-Jesus! We are TO BE LIKE JESUS – with His kind of LOVE, His Compassion, and His Trustworthiness in ALL THINGS!
How does JESUS express His emotions? We weep with those who weep and we REJOICE with those who REJOICE!
The JESUS that LIVES inside of you is helping you to be conformed to His Image. Almighty GOD-Jehovah has put that in your Spirit Being since the day you were born.
The Way we grow Spiritually is NOT through our own efforts – not the fruit of my efforts! The Way we become more like JESUS is actually how we face the THINGS we are going through! HOW we embrace them, re-act to them, and GIVE THANKS for ALL THINGS! LINK = 1Thessalonians 5:18
How do you think that GOD will use THAT THING you are facing to conform you into the IMAGE of His Son?
Miracle of Miracles is that I have found my THING is His THING also!
Jesus grieves that this world IS NOT as it should be, He grieves that I’m not as I should BE, HOWEVER He is with me, walking beside me, praying with me and all I have to do is call upon His Name!
God wants to use THAT THING to make you more like Him. Not just for you but how your sphere of influence will affect your house, your community, your city, your state, your nation, and your world. It ALL starts with one heart!
We PRAY – KNOW MY HEART LORD!
WHAT IS YOUR THING? OPEN IT UP to the LORD! HE ALREADY KNOWS ANYWAY! DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT!
You cannot hide it, you cannot ignore it, you cannot put it on your social media account. YOUR THING will only CHANGE when you allow Holy Spirit to wash it with the Word of God – verses from the Bible that apply to YOUR THING and ASK HIM to HELP you to be more like JESUS!
THIS IS the PROMISE of His Word in Ephesians 3:14-21
For this reason, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
from whom the whole family in Heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His Glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through Faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in Love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height & to know the Love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do Exceedingly Abundantly Above ALL that we ASK or THINK, according to the Power that works in us,
to Him be Glory in the CHURCH by Christ Jesus to ALL Generations, FOREVER and EVER. Amen!
