Ladies and Gentlemen, there are NO COINCIDENCES WITH GOD!

Just been reading the book by our former President, George W. Bush, about his recollections of being President of these United States. In this book are great testimonies about his FAITH, the power of prayer, and the general sense of “Divine Providence” that was guiding his life and influencing his decisions.  I believe because of his firm reliance upon the Lord our God, we as a nation were kept safe from more attacks, like those that happened on September eleventh! There were hundreds of thousands of people all across America that were on our knees PRAYING for our President and our country in 2001 – 2002 – 2003 – 2004  Why is it that we abandon praying for our leaders in public office, until there is a national crisis that affects us?

Lord Jesus, we have the sense of a Spiritual Awakening in America happening today.  We believe that MIRACLES are happening every day in our lives and in the lives of the people that we LOVE! Almighty God created each one of us for a Divine Purpose according to His Plan.  We were knitted in our mother’s womb and born for such a time as this!  We ARE the fulfillment of God’s Word because He has breathed LIFE into our very souls.  Knowing our relationship with Christ as Lord, reveals the true nature of our purpose and confirms our total being here on earth.  Christ Jesus was born to die, in order that we might LIVE Life Eternal with Him!  As we celebrate this Christmas Season, let us always remember that Christ has already DONE ALL that our Heavenly Father has asked Him TO DO and Jesus is waiting and watching over us to decide that He is Lord of ALL!   Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is  Philippians 2:1-16

Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his (or hers) own interests, but also for the interests of others.

Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.

Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name, that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.

Amen and Amen!
