Once again it is Friday! On Fridays we pause to GIVE THANKS and proclaim the Greatness of our God!  Almighty God, YOU ARE GOOD and YOU ARE FAITHFUL, even when we are not faithful.

We have often failed to keep our promises to YOU, however, YOU have never failed to keep Your Promises to us!  We have this Blessed Assurance of our Salvation through Christ Jesus our Lord and our Savior!

1.            Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine!

               O what a foretaste of Glory divine!

               Heir of salvation, purchase of God,

               born of his Spirit, washed in His Blood.

Refrain:

               This is my story, this is my song,

               praising my Savior all the day long;

               this is my story, this is my song,

               praising my Savior all the day long.

2.            Perfect submission, perfect delight,

               visions of rapture now burst on my sight;

               Angels descending bring from above

               echoes of mercy, whispers of Love.

Refrain:

3.            Perfect submission, all is at rest;

               I in my Savior am happy and blest,

               watching and waiting, looking above,

               filled with His Goodness, lost in His Love.

Refrain:

               This is my story, this is my song,

               praising my Savior all the day long;

               this is my story, this is my song,

               praising my Savior all the day long.

Hymn written by Fanny J. Crosby (1873). Sung in the video by Harpeth Gospel Quartet.

THANK YOU Lord Jesus, for saving my soul!

THANK YOU Lord Jesus, for making me whole!

For there are three that bear witness in Heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are ONE {in the same}. And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.

If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God which He has testified of His Son. And this is the testimony: that God has given us Eternal Life, and this life is in His Son {because of His Completed work on Calvary’s Cross where He died once for all and now He has conquered sin and death itself for us}.

He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.

1 John 5:7-12

Blessed BE the Name of the LORD most High!

Amen and Amen!
