Let us focus our prayers today on our Love of God and our love of country!
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!
O beautiful for pilgrim feet
Whose stern impassioned stress
A thoroughfare of freedom beat
Across the wilderness!

God mend thine every flaw,
Confirm thy soul in self-control,
Thy liberty in law!
O beautiful for heroes proved
In liberating strife.
Who more than self their country loved
And mercy more than life!

Ladies and Gentlemen, there is about to come “a season” of patriotism which might be similar to months in September, October, November, and December of 2001. We may see members of Congress singing in unison on the steps to the Capitol building. We may see military parades in our cities and towns all across this great country. We may once again witness people flocking to local churches and synagogues to ask for Divine Protection from all our enemies both foreign and domestic.
Heavenly Father, we pray for the entire nation of America today, all fifty states and territories! We are facing problems that we have never seen before in our lifetime. There are those among us that want to change this nation from a democratic republic into a socialistic form of government. These corrupt men and women want to set themselves up in positions of authority to rule over every aspect of our daily lives. There are these people called “czars” that are never profiled in the press. These “czars” are working “behind the scenes” for what purpose? These "czars" do not represent - We the People! We can only guess that they want Americans to be totally dependent on their government for their existence instead of You, Lord!
The first and greatest commandment is to Love the Lord our God, with all of my heart, all of my soul, and all of my strength. The second is like this, Love your neighbor as yourself. Everything we know about the Lord our God is based on our personal relationship with Him. Jesus tells us to “seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness, and then all these things will be added to you” Matthew 6:33
Restore Your Righteousness, Your Peace and Your Joy!
Let us all sing together:
