This past week we had the blessing of attending a conference held on the campus of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The focus was on Purity, Prayer, and the Power of the Holy Spirit. While it may not have been the mount of Transfiguration as described in the Bible, there were many “booths” available with all sorts of information about what God is doing in the earth today.
Heavenly Father, we pray that we may have a spirit of Your Purity, Your Prayer, and Your Power be poured upon Your People. We need a Spiritual Awakening in America! We must have Revival in our land. The hearts and minds of Your Children must be renewed for us to be as You said “Salt and Light to the world”! Father God, send the spirit of Holiness upon Your Church we pray. Amen and Amen!

You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men. You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Ladies and Gentlemen only the Presence of Almighty God in our lives will make a difference in this world. The Light from His Holy Countenance reflected in our faces, our attitudes, and our actions will be what makes a difference in the lives of our families, our friends and to the people that we encounter daily. We should all be like Jesus in what we say and all that we do.
I can do all things through Christ Jesus my Lord, who strengthens me!
