A major problem experienced by many Christians is doubt. We don’t doubt that God IS or that God CAN, we sometimes doubt our own faith. We believe that God Hears and answers prayers. We are just not sure that He will answer our prayers.

Heavenly Father, we Thank You that “doubt” is not in our hearts, it is only in our heads. We ask You to help us resolve and not allow the doubts that are in our heads to dominate the Faith that is in our hearts. Help us to overcome all of our doubts and pray with confidence of Your willingness to Hear our prayers. Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is   Hebrews 10:16-24

This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds. Then He adds: "Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more."

Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the Blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, His body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who has promised is faithful {to do what He says He will do}. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love {like Jesus Loves} and good deeds {like Jesus does}.

Ladies and Gentlemen, every problem, every crisis, every situation that we face today, needs to be considered from the perspective of Christ Jesus our Lord!

What would Jesus say about this . . . . . . . . .

How would Jesus react to these events . . . . . . . . .

When we get to the place in our lives that we put Almighty God FIRST priority and trust His never failing love and affections for us, then we will quit complaining about how “big” our problems seem to be and start telling our problems and troubles just how BIG and AWESOME and POWERFUL our GOD IS!

Believe God’s Word!   Trust and Obey, for there is no other way!

Admit our sins! Ask for His FORGIVENESS! Then make a covenant with the Lord Jesus, who is Faithful to keep His Word and His part of this great exchange. Renew our minds towards Him and He will change our circumstances, our seasons, our situations, our problems will cease to exists.

Now, let us consider how we can encourage others by telling them what the Lord has done for us all. Jesus took on our flesh; became one of us; walked among us; taught us how to pray; suffered a horrible death; but conquered death and is now seated at the Right Hand of Authority of the Throne of God – ever living to make intercessions or PRAYERS for us – those people who believe with their hearts and know for certain in their minds that Jesus Christ is Lord of all!

Amen and Amen!
