Today's Prayer Alert 02-03-2010

We have heard and seen several “Pro-Choice” groups protesting about the running of a certain advertisement during the Super Bowl Game on Sunday. They have concluded that the subject of this commercial is on the issue of abortion. These groups are pressuring the network CBS to pull this advertisement, even though they have NOT seen it.

The organization that created and paid for this advertisement has announced that Heisman Trophy winner – Tim Tebow and his mother Pam will be featured in this television commercial. We are a people that still believes in liberty and justice for all. We have first amendment rights to “free speech” and this form of censorship by proxy cannot and should not be sustained. IF people are inspired by the testimonies of a mother and her very athletic son, then Praise God from whom ALL BLESSINGS flow. If not, then don’t watch. All of those protestors can simply change the channel.

Heavenly Father, we pray that Your Truth will prevail! We pray that Your Righteousness, Your Peace and Your JOY unspeakable would be displayed through television commercials and advertisements before, during and after the Super Bowl Game on Sunday.

Thanks BE to God who gives us the Victory, through our Lord Jesus Christ!  Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is  1Corinthians 2:9-14

But as it is written {in Isaiah 64:4}: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither has it entered into the heart of man the magnificent things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”

But God has revealed some of these marvelous things to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep mysterious things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him?  Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Holy Spirit, Who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we as Christians represent the most powerful, influential, authoritative Person that has ever lived on the earth – Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior! Because of our personal relationship with Jesus, we have access to the Throne of Grace, forgiveness of all my sins, abundant blessings, prosperity in all that I say and signs and wonders in all that I do.

We must never “back down” from our position of who we ARE in Christ!

Greater is He that is inside of me, than any demon spirit, lying spirit, arrogant spirit, evil spirit, that is in this world!  We must not tell Almighty God how big our problems are – We must stand and confront our problems and proclaim to all of them just how BIG the Lord our God really is!

I want to testify to the evidence of what Jesus Christ as already DONE for me and my household!

Who will believe the report of the Lord, no matter what the world says?
