These are the times that burden men’s souls. There are so many bad reports and negative attitudes being spoken about in the world that we might become cynical or anger, and we start to question, how long can these things continue . . . . .   None of what is happening in the world today should come as a shock to those of us who read the Bible.

Heavenly Father, we pray that people will remember the Words that You spoke more than 2,000 years ago. Let us all read the Word of God and BELIEVE IT”S TRUE!  Lord Jesus, forgive us for telling You just how big and critical that our problems seem to be, instead of declaring to our enemies, our doubts and our fears, just how big, awesome and powerful our Lord God IS!   Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is   James 1:19-25

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the Righteousness of God. Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted Word of God, which is able to save your souls. But BE Doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues to obey it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I write to you because your sins are forgiven for His Name’s sake! I write to you because you have overcome the wicked one. I have written to you because you have known Him and have a relationship that is filled with prayer and absolute trust in Him who is able to keep you from falling. I encourage you to BE STRONG and of a good courage, continue to fight for the Faith and pursue the Hope that is within you. Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves this world’s glitz and glamour more than they love God, then they are idol worshippers and the love of our Heavenly Father is not in them. Parts of this world are controlled by the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life. These carnal lusts and selfishness is passing away; however the person that does the reconciliation work of God will abide with Him FOREVER !!!

The Bible says:  The Lord inhabits the praises of His People!

We overcome our enemies by the “Blood of the Lamb” – His Sacrifice and the WORD of our TESTIMONIES!  Look what the Lord our God has done for me!

Blessed BE the Lord God Almighty – Who was and IS and is to come!

Amen and Amen!
