Ladies and Gentlemen, we find ourselves in a real predicament with the supreme court of these United States of America.
Now the chief priests and all the council sought testimony against Jesus to put Him to death, but found none. For many bore false witness against Him, but their testimonies did not agree.
Jesus says:
If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My Word, they will keep yours also.
Dear ones, this persecution of Judge Brent Kavanaugh is not about his qualifications to be appointed to the supreme court. After thirty plus hours of first person interrogations and review of more than 300 written legal opinions by this sitting circuit judge, not one shred of “evidence” has been given to disqualify Judge Kavanaugh from this appointment. There have been six background checks done by the FBI on the life of Brent Kavanaugh before he became a sitting judge. This Senate Judiciary Committee has forever changed its’ role of “advice and consent” to one of “search and destroy” by any means necessary to completely assassinate the character and reputation of any candidate that is nominated by a Republican President. This is “politics” at its’ worst.
Dear LORD JESUS, we lift up to the Light of Your Holy Countenance the members of the Senate; members of the House of Representatives; the current Supreme Court judges; President of these United States of America; and Judge Brent Kavanaugh and his family, for You to Bless, Preserve, Protect, and defend them from all the works of the devil.
We PRAY in agreement with Your Word – Thy Kingdom come – be established in the hearts and minds of ALL fair-minded Americans and Thy Will (Divine Purpose) BE DONE!
LORD, only YOU can HEAL our LAND!
