Ladies and Gentlemen, it is hard to believe that seventeen years have passed since those tragic events of September 11, 2001.

Jesus tells His Friends - Greater Love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends – YOU are My Friends!  John 15:13

These First Responders are ordinary people doing extra-ordinary life changing deeds of supernatural LOVE everyday across America and around the world. Here are some facts about First Responders:

First Responders do NOT ask for your identification before helping you.

First Responders do NOT ask for proof of Insurance before helping you.

First Responders do NOT question your sanity before helping you.

First Responders do NOT ask who you voted for in the last election before helping you.

Every day, we have First Responders going into burning buildings searching for people to carry out to safety. We have First Responders pulling out human beings from mangled cars and trucks and helping to breathe Life back into their bodies.

We have written for many years that:

PRAYER must be our first response and not our last resort on any manner!

Here is an example of how we can PRAY for our First Responders:

LORD JESUS, we lift up to the Light of Your Holy Countenance these men and women who are daily participating in the selfless acts of genuine Love for one another. These paramedics, firemen and women, policemen and police-women, emergency room doctors and nurses are all obeying Your command that we LOVE one another in exactly the same manner as You have already LOVED us unconditionally!   John 15:11

Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, show us how we can perform random acts of kindness to our First Responders in our local communities. In restaurants, quietly offer to pay for meals for anyone in uniform. Send anonymously quality catered meals to fire stations, police stations, hospital emergency room staff, and even the local National Guard armories in your area need our support.

We PRAY in agreement with Your Word that we all would give THANKS to God our Heavenly Father, praying always for all of these First Responders, since we have heard and seen their Faith in Christ Jesus and their love for all the saints in this world. Colossians 1:3-4

We PRAY LORD in Your Name, that You would Bless – You would Preserve – You would Protect and You would Defend these First Responders from all assaults of the enemy according to Psalm 91:

Amen and Amen!
