Ladies and Gentlemen, we recognize the importance of daily Bible reading. The Word of God is Living and Activity and sharper than any two-edge sword.
Jesus answered them and said,
Most assuredly, I say to you, you seek Me, not because you saw the signs, but because you ate of the loaves and were filled. Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to Everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him.
Therefore they said to Him, What sign will You perform then, that we may see it and believe You? What work will You do? He-Moses gave them bread from Heaven to eat = Exodus 16:4
Then Jesus said to them,
Most assuredly, I say to you, Moses did not give you the bread from Heaven, but My Father gives you the true Bread from Heaven. For The Bread of God is He who comes down from Heaven and gives LIFE to the entire world.
Then they said to Him, Lord, give us this bread always.
And Jesus said to them,
I AM The Bread of Life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst!
Dear ones, imagine people standing in front of Jesus and quoting Him Bible verses!! Here is the Author of the Word of God given to us since the beginning of time and we act like He doesn’t know what it says. Everything in the Old Testament was a foreshadowing of Christ to come. People like Moses, Elijah, Joseph, king David, were all Christ-like, however, they were NOT the Messiah. Everything in the New Testament is about Immanuel – God with US! His miraculous Birth, His teachings, His working of miracles, His death, His burial, His incredible Resurrection and His Holy Spirit Presence among us today!
Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word that we can and should feed on The Bread of Life and we will never be hungry and we will never thirst!
