Ladies and Gentlemen, look what the LORD is doing in answer to our prayers!
Former FSU coach Bobby Bowden speaks about High School coach praying with his team:
When we recruit these boys we tell the parents that we are going to take them to church. One week we take them to a white church and next week we take them to a black church. Just to let them know they are welcomed in church.
I also tell the parents, if you don’t want me to take your boy to church I will NOT include him, otherwise all team members get prayed for while at FSU.
Would you want your son to be coached by a coach who does NOT pray?
I would want my son to be coached by a man like Joe Kennedy!
Dear ones, where do you stand with Jesus? In these public settings would you join in with prayer for protection of participants, good sportsmanship from all team members, and fairness from officials administrating over the games?
Have you ever made a public profession of your Faith in Jesus – The Christ?
Have you ever given your testimony to a group of any size?
Have you ever shared what the LORD has done for you personally?
Have you ever shown Mercy and Compassion to another human being?
Have you ever pronounced a Blessing to anyone else?
Only two things that the LORD our GOD – JEHOVAH requires of us:
Love God with all of your heart, soul and strength of mind AND
Love your neighbor just as much as you love yourself. Matthew 22:36-40
Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word that we would sow bountifully and reap a hundred-fold the Harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God in the earth – just as it is already established in Heaven!
