Ladies and Gentlemen, our God is an AWESOME God, who rules and reigns in the lives of people who believe in Him!
For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said,
Take, eat; this is My Body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me-Jesus!
In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying,
This cup is the new covenant in My Blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me – Jesus!
This should be our Health Care Plan!
We have this outward visible sign of an inward Spiritual Grace! When we participate in the LORD’s Supper, we remind ourselves that our spirit person needs to be sustain just as much as our physical person. How weak our bodies become without food or water for 3 days? How can we stand against sickness like cancer when we forget that greater is He who is inside of me, than he who is in this world seeking to destroy me?
Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we know for certain that we have a Covenant keeping God! From this Passover meal to our modern day Holy Communion, we celebrate the fact that Your most precious Body and Blood are FREELY given to us! Remind us once again that the early church would meet from house to house and share songs and hymns and spiritual songs, while enjoying the “breaking of The Bread” and praying for one another. Acts 2:46
Only You LORD can HEAL OUR LAND!
