Ladies and Gentlemen, what the world needs now is a fresh perspective on evil.

We are ALL heartbroken over the events yesterday in the Florida school assault. The parents, teachers and school children will never be the same after witnessing this tragedy of a mass killing by a person who is NOT in his right mind. Reports are that this troubled child was a social outcast, a misfit, and no one has ever shared the Gospel with him. What was posted on his Facebook page shows a lot about his condition and no one followed up with him to address his actions.

This national cry to ban guns is NOT the answer! Look at the city of Chicago with the strictest gun control laws in the nation, and yet they have the highest murder rate.

We have a people problem and not a gun problem. Allegedly, this person could not process rejection by teachers. So what is the answer?  Luke 4:18-19

The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the Gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;

To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD

Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, help me to be exactly like JESUS to everyone that I meet this day. Show me the heart and the soul of every person and help me respond to them in the same manner and with the same conviction that JESUS would do.

Trusting in God Almighty, I will pray with my children and grandchildren as they go to school today to NOT BE AFRAID, the Lord goes with them.

Blessed BE the Name of the LORD!
