Ladies and Gentlemen, what season are we TODAY?

Have you not known?
Have you not heard?
The everlasting God, the LORD,
The Creator of the ends of the earth,
Neither faints nor is weary.
His understanding is unsearchable.

He gives Power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,

But those who wait on the LORD
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint!

Isaiah 40:28-31

Dear ones, have you ever notices that sometimes our prayers are asking God to make OUR Plans work?  When I was walking my dog, I noticed that when he was straining against the leash and wanting to run after every squirrel and cat in the neighborhood, I had to have a firm grip on the leash and correct him often.

However, when my dog walked beside me and waited for my commands and my leading, the walk was much more pleasant and enjoyable. Not letting the tail wag the dog in other words.

This “issue” is about who is in control?

Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word in 1Peter 5:6

Likewise, you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for:

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.  Proverbs 3:34

Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty Hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting ALL your cares (worries, frustrations, doubts and fears) upon Him, for He cares for you!

Amen and Amen!
