Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, we are about to enter the Jewish New Year of

5784  Rosh Hashanah – The Feast of Trumpets

The Biblical name for this holiday is Yom Teruah. It is the first of the Jewish High Holy Days, as specified by Leviticus 23:23–25, that occur in the late summer/early autumn of the Northern Hemisphere.

Rosh Hashanah is a two-day observance and celebration that begins on the first day of Tishrei, which is the seventh month of the ecclesiastical year. In contrast to the ecclesiastical lunar new year on the first day of the first month Nisan, the spring Passover month which marks Israel's Exodus from Egypt,

Rosh Hashanah marks the beginning of the civil year, according to the teachings of Judaism, and is the traditional anniversary of the creation of Adam and Eve, the first man and woman according to the Hebrew Bible, as well as the initiation of humanity's role in God's world.

Entering a new year is always meant to be special. We want to leave all our failures behind, and we look forward to new and better opportunities. Many of us treat entering a new year as a fresh start – like opening a blank slate, which we first fill only with sketches of dreams and expectations.

Over the course of the next few months we hope to turn them into beautiful memories.   At this time, Jerusalem & America should be filled with the smells of sweet foods and the sounds of the trumpets blasting. Jewish families start gathering in their homes and synagogues and Christians will be doing the same. We have this earnest expectation of something or someone is about to be PRESENT in our lives.

The SHOFAR, which is more a horn than a trumpet, is a very important instrument in the history of Israel. The trumpets, according to Numbers 10:2-10 were used to summon the people or to warn of battle and approaching of the enemy or a coming KING!

When you go to war in your land against the enemy who oppresses you, then you shall sound an alarm with the trumpets, and you will be remembered before the LORD your God, and you will be saved from your enemies.

Also, in the day of your Gladness, in your appointed feasts, and at the beginning of your months, you shall blow the trumpets over your burnt offerings and over the sacrifices of your Peace Offerings; and they shall be a memorial for you before your God: I AM the LORD your God.

This was a plea to God for Deliverance, and in a sense, that’s what the essence of Rosh Hashanah is even still today.

AS IT IS WRITTEN IN  Leviticus 23:23-25 states:

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

Speak to the people of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall observe a day of solemn rest, a memorial proclaimed with the blast of trumpets, a Holy Convocation. You shall not do any ordinary work, and you shall present a food offering to the LORD.

This calendar year of 2023 is about to become the Greatest Show on earth!

Almighty GOD-Jehovah – KING of the Universe will once again show His Mighty Hand and ALL of Pharaoh's armies will be drowned in the sea! These minions of demonic activities which manifest as evil spirits will be BOUND and CAST into the sea of forgetfulness. Those who call what is evil as if it were good will receive Heavenly Justice for mocking what GOD has done & what GOD SAYS!

This is the sound of FREEDOM marching across this land. GOD’s Angel Armies along with His Sons & His Daughters will go forth in VICTORY and SING SONGS & Hymns & Spiritual SONGS making melodies in our hearts while giving PRAISE & HONOR & GLORY to our Heavenly Father! Amen!

AS IT IS WRITTEN IN  Matthew 21:20-22   &  Mark 11:20–24

And when the disciples saw it, they marveled, saying, how did the fig tree wither away so soon?  So, Jesus answered and said to them,

Assuredly, I say to you, if you have Faith and DO NOT DOUBT, you will not only DO what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ IT WILL BE DONE!

And whatever things you ask in PRAYER, Believing, you will receive.

This is the absolute TRUTH of the written Word of our LORD and Savior – Christ Jesus!
