Once again it is Friday! On Fridays we pause to GIVE THANKS and proclaim the Greatness of our God! Almighty God, YOU ARE GOOD and YOU ARE FAITHFUL, even when we are not faithful.
We have often failed to keep our promises to YOU, however, YOU have never failed to keep Your Promises to us! Great is Thy Faithfulness – morning by morning new Mercies I see and we sing:
Great is Thy Faithfulness, Oh God my Father
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy Compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou Forever will be!
Great is Thy Faithfulness! Great is Thy Faithfulness!
Morning by morning new Mercies I see;
All I have need of Thy Hand has provided –
Great is Thy Faithfulness, Lord unto me!
Summer and Winter, and Springtime and Harvest
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great Faithfulness, Mercy and Love!
