What are your intentions today? What are your priorities TO DO today? Have you talked with God about your ideas and your plans? Have you asked the Lord in prayer to prosper your labors?
Prayer must be our FIRST response and not our last resort on any matter!
The Apostle Paul wrote to his friend Gaius: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers. For I rejoice greatly when brethren came and testified of the truth that is in you, just as you walk in The Truth. I have no greater JOY than to hear that my children walk in Truth! 3John 1:1-4
Heavenly Father, we read in Your Word that in all the sufferings of Job, he did not blame God for his problems, situations, and circumstances.
And the LORD restored Job's losses when he prayed for his friends. Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before. Job 42:10
Lord Jesus, we want to walk in The Truth! Let there be no lies that are formed from our lips! For the Word of the Lord is right and ALL of His Works are done in Truth. Your Promises are TRUE and the Word of the Lord shall go forth and accomplish the purpose for which it was sent!
Lord Jesus, we pray for our family members and our friends that they would PROSPER and BE IN HEALTH! That they would have soundness of mind, soundness of body and they would have Your Holy Spirit Presence upon them from the crown of their heads to the soles of their feet. Lord, have them always walk in Your Truth! Amen and Amen!
The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is John 17:14-24
I have given them Your Word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
Sanctify them by Your Truth. Your Word is Truth.
As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the Truth. do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.
And the Glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are ONE: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.
Ladies and Gentlemen, people today are starved for The Truth! We are exhausted from not getting any straight answers! We are discouraged when we discover that we have been deceived. People in the news media will say ANYTHING to get us to pay attention to them. Our friends will give us deferred hope and promise us things that they “think” we want to hear, without regarding the truth.
Moses discovered that the Fire of the Truth of God’s Word will burn bright enough to be seen from a great distance, however God’s Truth will NOT consume the branches of our lives. Exodus 3:1-6
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth! John 4:24
And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of Truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. John 14:16-17
However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all Truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. John 16:13
Lord Jesus, HEAL OUR LAND from telling lies we pray! Amen and Amen!
