We have received some encouraging reports that 60 members of Congress were late to a “roll call vote”. These legislators were praying and seeking God’s Wisdom to cast a Biblical base vote on the issue that was before them. Ladies and Gentlemen, this spirit of Revival is starting to move in the lives of men and women all across our country. Some people are actually turning to God, seeking first His Ways of solving our many problems. Almost all of our efforts have seemed to lacking or not even close to stopping the oil flowing into the Gulf of Mexico. We, as a nation, need the Supernatural Divine Intervention of Almighty God to stop this disaster and restore the plant life and sea creatures to the southern shores of our country and Mexico and Cuba.

Heavenly Father, we have ignored You for far too long. We, as a nation, have not turned from our wicked ways of bribing congressional representatives, and making “back room deals” to coerce people into to voting for actions that only add to our mounting debts. The President and most of this Congress have not humbled themselves to seek Your Face and pray for Your Divine Help.

Forgive us Lord, for not trusting in You and thinking that we can solve our problems all by ourselves. We pray that Your Holy Spirit Presence would flow through the halls of Congress and every room of the White House. We as the people of God, cry out to You Almighty God and pray that You would HEAL OUR LAND!   Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is  2 Chronicles 7:14-16

If My people who are called by My Name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My Face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now My Eyes will be open and My Ears attentive to prayers made in this place. For now I have chosen and sanctified this House, that My Name may be there forever; and My Eyes and My Heart will be there perpetually.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have the promises of Almighty God and He cannot lie! 

His Word is TRUE!  That word perpetually means FOREVER!

When we repent of our wrong doing, confess our sins, He is always JUST and able to FORGIVE!

When we seek His very Presence through PRAYER and meditation on His Word, He has promised to not only HEAR our prayers and witness our circumstances, He will respond with His Heart of compassion. Read these Words of Jesus:

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My Words will by no means pass away.  Mark 13:31

And Jesus came and spoke to them saying, ‘All Authority has been given to Me in Heaven and on earth.’    - Matthew 28:18

And I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.   - Matthew 16:19

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, IT WILL BE DONE for them by My Father in Heaven.    - Matthew 18:19
