These are truly amazing times in which we live! Every time I think of the advances in communications and the fact that I can sit at my desk, speak into a microphone, connected to my computer, and be heard by people all over the world is incredible! What a wonderful day it is that we can speak blessings and not curses. How much more can we encourage one another, take care of one another, and show the world what kind of love we share with one another.

Heavenly Father, I know that You have provided all of our needs! Show us the wise ways that we can use all of this technology. We want to accurately communicate Your Truth to the many people that are in bondage to their sins and are living in darkness. May the Light of Your Holy Countenance shine through us and show them the Way to Life Eternal through Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior.

Let us proclaim to all the earth:

This is the DAY that the Lord has made! I will REJOICE and BE GLAD in it!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is    1Thessalonians 1:1-7

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers, remembering without ceasing your work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the sight of our God and Father, knowing, beloved brethren, your election by God.

For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake. And you became followers of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit, so that you became examples to all in {the world} who believe.

Ladies and Gentlemen, the Word of God is TRUE! The “Word” will go out and it will accomplish the purpose for which it was sent. Isaiah 55:8-12

We have so many incredible opportunities to share the information that we know is true about God and ALL that He has done for us. Imagine what the Apostle Paul could have done with only one of these technologies – Radio – Photographs – Audio Recordings – Video Recordings – Television – Magazines – the Internet Web pages, “Blogs” and even TEXT MESSAGING (Galatians 6:11)

The point is this - we have a choice every minute of every day.

Do we speak a Blessing or not?

Do we show our Love or not?

Do we have Faith or not?

Do we Believe or not?

What will you SAY and what will you DO to be more like Jesus today?
