During the past several years we have followed a pattern of ending the work week by giving THANKS to God for who HE IS and what HE HAS DONE. It is always right to give God Almighty Praise and to worship Him for His LOVE and His Mercy and His ability to sustain our relationship with Him and with one another.
Heavenly Father, YOU ARE an AWESOME GOD!
Let everything that has breath, Praise the Lord!
Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now I’m found, was blind but now I see!
Blessed BE the Name of Lord!
Holy – Holy – Holy is the Lord God Almighty who WAS and who IS and who IS TO COME AGAIN!
Thank You JESUS for saving my soul and Thank You Lord for making me whole.

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is Romans 5:1-11
Therefore having been justified by faith, we have Peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the Glory of God. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
But God demonstrates His own LOVE toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
How much more then, having now been justified by His Blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His Life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received this reconciliation.
Christ in me, the Hope of Glory and an Heir of Salvation!
