Our God is Sovereign!  Our God Reigns!  God’s GRACE is evident!

Prayer is like the volley in a tennis match!  We exchange conversations between Lord our God and myself!  We are focused on each other while other people all around us are doing the same thing at the same time.  Our prayer requests are IN the Divine Purpose or His Will most of the time. Sometimes our prayer may be OUT of the guidelines, however, we are still engaged with one another. After a long baseline rally, we both are grateful and appreciate the others direct participation with words of encouragement. The Holy Spirit is like the umpire and will always declare the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth because He will empower us by His administration of the flow of our exchange Romans 8:26-28.  Yes indeed, our God wants us to talk with Him, and He also wants us to LISTEN to what He has to say directly to us.  We are made in His Image and His Likeness, so we know that we want to REFLECT His Spirit and His Truth in all that we SAY and all that we DO.

Heavenly Father, we Thank You for the two-way communications that flows between us in prayer!  Your Word says to “Call upon Me and I will answer thee” Psalms 91:15 & Jeremiah 29:12. Also “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies” Psalms 18:3 and in “I sought the Lord and He delivered me from all my fears”. Psalms 34:4

Lord Jesus, we know that the “ball” is in our court!   We have the “advantage” of being Your Child!  When we miss our first serve, we get a second chance with You!  The “net” result is that You will always respond to our prayers, because Your LOVE means everything in this life.  Just so You know, we are expecting Your RETURN!  Speak to our hearts and minds and confirm in our Spirits Your Truth as written in Your Word!  Amen and Amen!

"So I say to you, ASK, and it will be given to you; SEEK, and you will find; KNOCK, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!"

Lord Jesus, help us to ask and keep on asking; help us to seek and keep on seeking; and show us in Your Word when we inquire how to open the doors of Your Wisdom and Your Revelation Knowledge to us today!
