The United States Congress voted and approved of a measure last week to raise the federal governments borrowings to over 14.3 TRILLION dollars. This means that every man, woman, boy and girl in America owes the equivalent of $46,000.00 to China, Japan, and other countries. I am not an economist, nor a government worker, but I have enough sense to know that this is too much debt.
Heavenly Father, we need YOUR HELP! – Have Mercy upon us! Forgive us Lord, and deliver us from this flood of desires for material things. This mountain of debt cannot be sustained. We have got to stop spending more monies than we have, as if someone else will paid for this. These debts will affect our children, our children’s children, and even to our fourth generation will be paying for our debts.
All things are possible for You Lord! How can these mountains of debt, BE cast into the sea? Amen and Amen!

Tell us then, what is Your Opinion? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?" But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, "You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap Me? Show me the coin used for paying the tax." They brought him a denarius, and he asked them, "Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription is on this coin?" "Caesar's," they replied.
Then He said to them, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and give to God what belongs to God's."
Ladies and Gentlemen, EVERYTHING that we have comes from Almighty God. We are to be “good stewards” of the Blessings that we receive from the Hand of God. We have the very essence of God through the Giver of Gifts – God’s Holy Spirit. We are to produce His Righteousness, His Peace and His JOY! We are commanded to go and bear much fruit.
The “Law of Reciprocity” is defined by the world “as in-kind positive or negative responses for the actions of others such as gratitude / hostility; benefits / penalties; gifts / taxes; volunteer / enslavement or the “Golden Rule” concept as in justice” (LINK = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reciprocity)
Jesus says: Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for your selves treasures in Heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
