Do you have a covenant commitment with Almighty God?

Think about the promises that you have made over the years. As you remember these solemn oaths that proclaimed your sincere faith and trust there may be three possible categories of results:

  1. 1.    Thank You Lord my God for Your Faithfulness to keep Your Word for me . . . . . .
  2. 2.    Lord, I know that You have already done Your part, please help me TO DO my part
  3. 3.    Lord Jesus I have sinned against You and I am not worthy to be called Your Son (or Daughter)   Have mercy upon me!

Ladies and Gentlemen, whenever relationships are BROKEN, whether they are marriage relationships, business relationships, parental relationships, and even pastoral relationships there must be FORGIVENESS!  We must reconcile these offenses before we run out of time to make things right. Jesus says, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forever, but a son (or a daughter) abides forever.”

My Lord and my God, I know that my heart belongs to You! There is NOTHING that can compare to Your Love for me! Lord Jesus, I have left undone those things that You have asked me TO DO and I have done those things that You specifically told me NOT to do! Have mercy upon me, Father God! Forgive me my broken promises, my hurtful words spoken in anger, and my false witness remarks. Remind me to FORGIVE others in the exactly the same manner that You have already forgiven me – unconditionally!

Lord Jesus, set me FREE from the bondage of my past broken covenants. You alone Oh Lord can redeem the time and the emotional energy that has been spent on these things in my past. Wipe the record clean, cover them over with Your atoning Blood and I can be whiter than snow! Restore me again to the JOY of my Salvation and uphold with Your Holy Spirit Presence in my life! Psalms 51  Amen and Amen!

The scriptural reference for Today’s Prayer Alert is  Matthew 6:7-15

And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words. Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in Heaven, Hallowed be Your Name. Your Kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory Forever. Amen.

For if you forgive men their trespasses, then your Heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Heavenly Father forgive your trespasses.

Thanks BE to GOD who gives us the VICTORY, through our Lord Jesus Christ!

Amen and Amen!
