Ladies and Gentlemen, we have these GIFTS from the Giver of LIFE!
Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of Lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first fruits of His creatures.
So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man does not produce the Righteousness of God! Therefore, lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls.
But be doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
In this season of deciding what “gifts” that we should give to one another, think about the GIFTS that the Lord our God has given to you!
Your ability to think and reason!
You are conscience about your surroundings!
Your concern for others!
Your ability to read and to write words with meanings!
Your sweet communion with the Creator of the Universe in PRAYER!
Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word that proclaims that unless we are born again, we cannot see the Kingdom of God – Jehovah! We know that what is born of the flesh is flesh and that which is born of the spirit is Spirit!
LORD, help me to be like YOU in everything I SAY and everything I DO!
Amen and Amen!
