Ladies and Gentlemen, we are living in some very interesting and engaging times!

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at Peace among yourselves.

Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all.

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.

Rejoice always,

PRAY without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

Do not quench the Spirit.

Do not despise prophecies.

Test all things; hold fast what is good.

Abstain from every form of evil.

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.

1Thessalonians 5:14-23

Jesus was almost always giving encouragement to the people of His day. The word “encouragement” means to put courage IN! One of Jesus’ best encouragements is the fact that He says:

Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God-Jehovah, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if this were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you! And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I AM, there you may be also!

John 14:1-4

Holy Spirit of the Living LORD, we PRAY in agreement with Your Word that we would LOVE one another in exactly the same manner as Jesus LOVES us!

Amen and Amen!
